He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sanford Martinotti; his children, Charles Martinotti Jr. (Cheryl) and Stacy Martinotti; his grandchildren, Cierra Rose Martinotti, Tina Marie Martinotti and Amanda Martinotti; and his brother Robert Martinotti.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at the same location.
