She was predeceased by: her mother Gail Cooke (Stowell) of Sandy Hook; her granddaughter Everly Mae Brown; her siblings-in-law, James and Evelyn Mantz of Wolcott; her brothers, David A. Cooke and Richard Cooke Jr.; and her brother-in-law Kevin Myers of Cape Coral, FL..

She is survived by: her father Richard Cooke Sr. Darlene (Connie); her husband Gregory Mantz; her children, Joshua Mantz and Jessica Mae Brown (Ben Brown); her grandchildren, Summer and Noah Brown; and her siblings, Debra Myers (Cooke), Daniel Cooke (Linda) and Douglas Cooke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
