Kratzer of Pittsburgh, PA; his wife Ann Kratzer (Canales); his children, Coe Gavette, Briana Kratzer of Vernon, CT, Emily Kratzer of Torrington, CT, Sophia Kratzer of Torrington, CT and Katie Fitzgerald; and his sister Penny Fischetti (Michael) of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
