He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolf Olsen and Frances Olsen (Duncan). He is survived by: his wife Bette Olsen (Fickenger); and his brother Duncan Olsen of Barnstable, MA. He is also survived by two grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
