Elizabeth Quartiero Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Elizabeth Quartiero of Torrington, Connecticut. Elizabeth, born on February 4, 1943, passed away on October 9, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Quartiero to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ostrander and Lena Ostrander (Magi); her brother Raymond Ostrander; and her sister-in-law Jacqueline Ostrander. She is survived by: her children, Jo Ellen Lopez (David) of Torrington, CT, Krystine Milewski (Matthew) of Severna Park, MD and Bill Quartiero (Michelle) of Torrington; and her grandchildren, Erika Lopez, Andrew, August, Aiden Milewski, Paige and Tyler Quartiero. She is also survived by great grand child and two nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (82 Litchfield St, Torrington, CT 06790). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Church (St. John Paul the Great Parish) (160 Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
