With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Marquard of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 2, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Marquard Sr. and Emma (Reupka); and his daughter-in-law Patty. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Marquard (Johnson); his sons, Gregory, David (Sheryl) and Kevin (Shelli); his grandchildren, Richard (Kelleigh), Matthew, Tarah (Matt), Kirk Ernest (Lindsey), Brian, Katelyn, Jeffrey (Jessica) of Michael, PJ, Melanie and Lily; his great grandchildren, Victoria, Alexa of Max, KJ, Duke, Forest, Isabella, Shaela, Jeffrey, Callie, Josephine, Leo and Skylar; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Johnson. He is also survived by his wife and children, he was a proud Grandpa/Papa.
