He was predeceased by: his father George Donovan, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Donovan (Lee); his mother Karen Donovan (Sorvillo); his daughters, Christine Donovan of Torrington and Rachael Donovan of Torrington; his sisters, Shawna Donovan of Torrington and Trisha Donovan of Torrington; his nephews, Christopher Grillo and Joshua Molon; and his mother-in-law Patricia Lee.

All attending calling hours and funeral services are requested to wear protective face masks while inside of the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice, who provides services to US Veterans.
