He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Towle Sr. and Barbara Towle (Bates); his children, Dawn Towle of Torrington and Glenn Towle III of Exeter Maine; and his granddaughter Melissa Nero.

He was a resident at Valerie Manor where he contracted the corona virus.
