O'Brien and Florence O'Brien (Brennan); his wife Caroline O'Brien (Smith); his daughters, Nancy Lorenzo (Joseph) and Maggie Seltzer (Paul); his grandchildren, Kash, Weston, Levi, Saleh Lorenzo, Ada and Matilda Seltzer; his siblings, Michael O'Brien (Leslie), Kenneth O'Brien, Stephan O'Brien and Maureen Faust; his sister-in-law Lindy O'Brien; his caregivers, Kathy and Jordan; and also, Eileen, Angela and AnnMarie.
