She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry DesCoteaux and Germaine DesCoteaux (Rousseau); and her siblings, Richard DesCoteaux and Paula Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Gary C. De Angelo; her siblings, Albert DesCoteaux (Anita), Robert DesCoteaux (Diane), Susan Hudak (Frank), Michele Forte (Michael) and Lisa DesCoteaux; her children, Robin Russell (Michael) and Kevin De Angelo (Heather Abraham); and her grandchildren, Amelia Russell, Cailyn Russell and Jacob Decelles. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
