She was predeceased by: her father John. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Pudlinski of Torrington, CT; her brother Christopher; her nieces and nephews, Kristin Haug, Nicholas, Christopher and Anna Pudlinski; her former husband Matt Tavano of Wareham, MA; her close friend John Williams of Fairhaven, MA.; and her pet Jack.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jill Pudlinski Tavano Memorial Scholarship Fund on GoFundMe.com, or the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA, from which she adopted her beloved dog Bailey in 2002.
