He is survived by: his wife Faith Chartrand; his children, Crystal Smith (Jeremy) and Jason Cattey (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jase, Avery, Jacob, Josie and Jody; and his brother Robert Cattey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
