In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Judith had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Judith may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hirchak and Zena Hirchak (Lanko); and her brother Douglas Hirchak. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ozzone; her children, Brian, Eric and Kimberly; and her grandchildren, Sara, John Piccoli and Alexis Smith. She is also survived by spouses and partners, who were like children.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Francis Church (160 Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judith's memory to ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Legions, Connecticut Post 38, Torrington, CT.
