She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Yanok and Betty Yanok; and her brother Peter Yanok. She is survived by: her husband Brad Adkins; her sons, Brian Becker, Dale Becker (Nicole) and David Marcantonio; her grandchildren, Hope, Julian, Sebastian, Bella and Angela; her siblings, Barbara Yanok, Carole Zemliauskas, Lori Burdick, Mimi Yanok and Robert Yanok; and her pets, Hans, Misty and Rose. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Memorial donations in Patti's name may be made to the Simon Foundation, an animal rescue and adoption center dear to her heart, at 120 Rescue Lane, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
