She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Allen and Doris Allen (Sudsbury); and her siblings, Cleo, Francis (Frank), Raymond (Butch), Virginia (Ginny), Elwood (Joe) and Linda.
She is survived by: her husband James Grustas Sr.; her son James Jr. (Kimberly) of New Hartford, CT; her granddaughters, Kayleigh and Miranda; her daughter Valerie (Douglas Radziewicz) of Bar Harbor, ME; her grandson Raven; her son John (Heather); and her grandsons, Braden and Coleman. She is also survived by two sisters; as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to her heart.
