It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita M. Bonasera of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Bonasera; and her parents, Charles Cerchia and Frances Cerchia (Riley). She is survived by: her daughters, Linda DiMauro of Torrington and Donna Bonasera of Torrington; her sisters, Sue Adavosio of New York, Gloria DeVito of New York and Dorothy Patti of New York; her sister-in-law Gloria Siddell; her grandchildren, Angela Sieller (Jason) and David DiMauro (Marissa); her great grandchildren, Jack and Ella Sieller; and her grandchildren, Josie and David James DiMauro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
