He is survived by: his father James Smith; his children, Zoe Moon Pastore of Wallingford and Forrest Douglas McMurrin of Washington State; his sisters, Colleen Morgan (Smith), Kelly (Smith) and Susan Kola (Puglisi); his girlfriend Michelle Frappier; his stepdaughter Kayla Hickox; and his granddaughter Skylar Young-Hickox. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
