She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred E. Middlebrook, Sr.; her parents, Michael Sabia and Anna Sabia (LoRusso); and her son Alfred Middlebrook, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Mark Middlebrook (Valerie), Karen Middlebrook of Torrington, CT and Susan Middlebrook of Torrington, CT. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are asked to meet directly at St. Peter Church and are requested to wear protective face masks while inside of the church for COVID protocol.
