She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. Payne of Torrington, CT; her parents, Robert Latosh and Georgianne Latosh of Marlow; her sister Barbara Latosh (James Holcomb) of Torrington, CT; and her aunt Julia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
