He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice McAllister Brophy; and his siblings, Frank, Donald, Jean, Patsy, Patty and Judy.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Brophy and Jacquelyn Brophy Cruz; his niece Angela Jacquemin; and his brothers, Bob, Tom and Terry. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John Cemetery (400 Christian St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
