She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Hopkins and Nancy Patterson; her husband David; her children, Danielle Perez and Michael Peasley; her daughter-in-law Kara Peasley; her grandson Lincoln Peasley; her siblings-in-law, Ronald and Mary Ellen Peasley; and her sisters, Deborah Patten and Judith Schiebler.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks those wishing to express sympathy to consider donating to Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association, Brandywine Living and Sharon Hospital, which provided great assistance and comfort to Ginger and David in her final months.
