He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Provenzano Sr. and Antoinette Provenzano (Anna). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Provenzano (Grosso); and his sons, Angelo Paul Provenzano III, Anthony Michael Provenzano (Mary), Ronald Provenzano and Michael Provenzano (Brigette). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
