He is survived by : his parents, Alex Poholek and Deirdre Poholek (Hayes); his siblings, Jack and Leah; and his grandparents, Margaret Hayes of Croom, Frank and Susana Poholek of Alton, RI. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
