Nastasia Sr. of Trumbull, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 90, on August 26, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel J. Nastasia and Rose Carrafiello Nastasia; his brother Michael R. Nastasia Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Emil and Rose Prezioso.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Prezioso Nastasia; his children, Daniel M. Nastasia Jr. (Barbara), Dana Nastasia (Eric Moutinho) and Danielle Carlucci (Jeff Rossomando); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Amelia, Charlie, Marissa, Maggie and Nicholas; his siblings, Patricia Plunkett, Mary Jane Buchanan and John Nastasia (Linda); his sister-in-law Eileen Prezioso; and his friend Porky Vieira. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
