It is with sadness that the passing of Dolores Marie (Boudreau) Abbott of Trumbull, Connecticut is shared. Dolores, born on October 4, 1957, passed away on September 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Dolores will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Dolores by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Dolores is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Dolores’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dolor Boudreau and Irene Boudreau (Evanko); her husband Tony; her children, Jane Emily and Lucas Marion; her close friend Hermione (Virginia Woolf); and her son George Macdonald.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spear Miller Funeral Home (39 S Benson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (661 Old Post Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Roy and Margot Larsen Wildlife Sanctuary at the Fairfield Nature Center, 2325 Burr Street, Fairfield, CT 06824.
