He is survived by: his siblings, Armando Goncalves Ferreira, Alfredo Garcia Ferreira, Antonio Garcia Ferreira and Aline Ferreira Goncalves (Antonio); and his niece Simone Ferreira Goncalves. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
