It is with sadness that the passing of Elmer Adams of Trumbull, Connecticut is shared. Elmer, born on August 10, 1943, passed away on September 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Adams and Ada Adams (Jones); and his siblings, James Morgan, Henry Lee Adams, Joe N. Adams, Joseph Adams, Amos Adams Jr., Governor Adams, Magdalene Adams and Jessie Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Adams (Kurpiel); his children, Melanie Peace (Richard) of Smyrna, GA, Lindsey Kendrick (Brandon) of Stratford, CT, Tamika Graham (Sherard) of Woodlyn, PA and Reginald David of New Haven, CT.; and his sisters, Mary M. Kelly of Stamford, CT and Mary Pearl Gibbs (Graylin) of North Charleston, SC. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
