She was predeceased by : her parents, John Ferrando and Catherine Plantamura Hulse. She is survived by : her husband John F. Mulvihill; her children, Kevin Mulvihill of Milford and Catherine Nielsen (Jeffrey) of Trumbull; and her grandson Trent Nielsen.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions in Evelyn's memory to The Closer to Free Fund for Smilow Cancer Hospital.
