He was predeceased by : his parents, Dominic Bologna and Philomena Bologna (Greco); his daughter Janice Bologna Ross; and his siblings, Marie MacDowell, Rose Grinch, Jennie Garby, Peirina Bologna, Josephine Bologna, Rocco Bologna, Carmen Bologna, Antonio Bologna and Joseph Bologna.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce Pasquariello Bologna; his daughters, Joy Carter of Monroe and Lisa Bologna Forman (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Jana Gariepy, Jill Olivera, Melissa Carter Berardi, Thomas Carter Jr., Kimberly Carter and Richard Konowal. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
