He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cowley and Anne Meno Cowley; and his brother Robert Cowley. He is survived by: his wife Gail O'Connor Cowley; his children, Sharon Cowley and Steven Cowley (Amy); his grandchildren, Dylan Cowley (Hannah), Hannah, Ben and Caroline Cowley; his nieces and nephews, Robert Cowley, Candace Levine, Brian Cowley and Susan Cowley; his brother-in-law John O'Connor; his nephew John Jr. (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jack, Michael, Isabella, Avery and Arlene Fanali; his great grandchildren, Sabrina and Mia (Gene); his grandchild Lynn Mones (Wayne); his great grandchild Megan Tomachick (Marty); his grandsons, Matthew (Lea) and Mark Mones; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leo Tomachick, Miller, Lola and Myla Mones.
