Though Joan Emily may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Peet and Emily Peet; her husband Robert J. Balogh; and her son Gary W. Balogh. She is survived by: her son Robert C. Balogh (Allison); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Scott Alexander and Daniel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (1056 Daniels Farm Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611).
