He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Constance Jacobs (Beaudin). He is survived by: his wife Monique Jacobs (Mauritz); his children, Meghan Jacobs, James Jacobs and Robert Jacobs (Richelle); his sister Janet Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Weylent, Gracie, Sam and Josie.
