She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lengyel and Mary Elizabeth Lengyel (Hubiska); and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Lengyel. She is survived by: her husband Joseph B. Otis; her brother Louis Lengyel (Donna); her nephew Christopher Lengyel (Melissa); her great-nephews, Andrew, Michael and David; her sister-in-law Kathleen Mauer (William); and her nibling Erin (Jacob Holzer).
