He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo P. Czajkowski and Aleksandra Kay Czajkowski; and his brother Larry Czajkowski. He is survived by: his wife Jean Grasso Czajkowski; his children, Mary Beth Nemergut (Ed), James Czajkowski (Claudia) and Jeanine Santilli (Vincent); his grandchildren, Joseph, Mara, Thomas Santilli, Anna Nemergut, Aleksandra and James Czajkowski Jr.; his brother Paul Czajkowski; his uncles, Joseph Kay and Edward Kay; and his extended family, Diane Santilli and Kevin Aylward. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (200 Shelton Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mountain Grove Cemetery.
