She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Phillips and Marie Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Michael Gentile; her children, Sarah Mastrone (David), Michael Gentile and Melissa Weiler (David); her sisters, Maribeth Phillips, Joanne Puglia (Paul), Theresa Aquino and Kathleen Pribanic (Duane); and her grandchildren, Colby Gentile, Evan Mastrone, Noah Gentile, Aubrey Weiler and Emmitt Weiler.
