She is survived by: her husband Brian Gilbey of Stratford, Connecticut; her sons, Edward Moran (Beth) of Milford, Grant Jackson (Kelly Ahearn) of Oxford and Christopher Jackson (Jessica Jackson) of North Carolina; her stepdaughter Deborah Gilbey DeBease (Teresa); her son-in-law Robert DeBease; her stepson Derek Gilbey (Katie Miller) of Shelton, Connecticut.; her daughters-in-law, Andrea Moran of Shelton and Stephanie Gilbey of Shelton; her sister Anne Brownell (England) of Liverpool; her niece Karen Wilson (Ray Wilson); her siblings-in-law, Andrea Dowd of Fairfield, CT, Kenneth Kertesz (Diane) of Ocala Florida and Jack Calkins (Sharon) of Torrington, CT.; her grandchildren, Avery, Ellie Jackson of North Carolina, Emma, Kaylee Jackson of Naugatuck, Jake and Chloe Moran of Shelton, Connecticut.; her stepgrandchildren, James, Jacob, Brandon Gilbey, Michael O'Connell, Ashley Gilbey (Connor Mericnyak), Niko Girasimopoulos, Derek Gilbey and Andrew O'Connell; and her great grandchildren, Bryson O'Connell, Jaxson Lanzi, Delaney O'Connell and Michael O'Connell. She is also survived by nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hennessy Funeral Directors (4 Gorham Pl, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (545 Stratfield Rd, Fairfield, CT 06825). A burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (2205 Stratford Ave, Stratford, CT 06615).
