He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Pozniak; his parents, Stanley Pozniak and Margaret Pozniak (Zink); and his stepson Gregory Bendas. He is survived by: his brothers, John Pozniak (Jane) of Unionville, Steven Pozniak (Brian Carter) of Peacehaven and England; and his nieces and nephews, Rowan of Chevy Chase, MD and David Pozniak of Simsbury.
