He was predeceased by: his wife Michelle Elizabeth Marquis (Casagrande); his parents, Adrian Marquis and Jeanne Marquis (Dufour); and his siblings, Theresa Lewis, Lucille Toussaint and Paul Marquis.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Gross (Jeffrey Gross) of Tolland and Craig Marquis of Tolland; his grandchildren, Mallory Kakley, Anthony Kakley, Brianna Kerouac, Alassandra and Aspen; his great grandchildren, Ellanora Dunn, James Dunn and Logan Kerouac; and his sister Rita Desjardins of Maine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Alphie was a devout volunteer in the community, and the family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in his honor to a charitable organization of your choice.
