She was predeceased by: her husband Walter C. Schneider; her parents, Ives Roosa and Althea Roosa (Moore); her daughter-in-law Gail Schneider; and her siblings, Loren Roosa, Edith Martin and Robert Moore (Gene).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Pecoraro (Paul) of Wallingford, Scott Parker (Stephanie) of Land O' Lakes, FL, Wayne Schneider (Maxine) of Vernon and Mark Schneider (Charlene Doyle) of Vernon; her grandchildren, Lauren Howard (Shawn), Griffin Parker (Aliah), Blake Parker, Amber Bilderback, Isabella Tactuk, Charlee D'Attoma, Carl Schneider, Brian Schneider (Kerri), Todd Schneider (Hillary), Jessica Schneider and Melissa Babcock (Donald); her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Amber, Jaden, Brian Jr., Raina, Kira, Wesley, Macy, Silas, Cassidy, Joshua, Logan and Amelia; her great great grandchildren, Avah and Isabella; and her sister Helen Young of Rutledge, TN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home (551 Talcottville Rd, Vernon, CT 06066). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
