He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin William and Frances Johanna Whitham (Wolf); his wife Sally-Ann Zawistowski Whitham; his son Stephen Erwin Whitham; and his siblings, George Whitham (Dolly), Richard Whitham (Gertie), Virginia Andrew (Leslie) and Betty Jane Messier (Wilbur).
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Whitham of Vernon, CT; his grandchildren, Matthew Ryba (Julie) of Astoria, NY, Kaitlyn Cram (Peter (Skip)) of Bolton, CT, Dyana Childree (Anthony) of Tolland, CT, Luke Ryba of Honolulu, HI, Shannon Whitham (Ever) of Tulsa, OK and Seth Whitham (Kymmee) of Tulsa, OK; and his great grandchildren, Maranatha, John Thomas Erwin, Nathaniel, Tessa, Natalie, Julian, Caleb, Zoe, Arabella and Amelia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
