It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth (Russell) Sibicky (Voluntown, Connecticut), born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on July 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, David Russell and Frances Russell (Vail); her husband Charles Sibicky, Jr.; her sons, David (Brandy) of Griswold and Christopher (Stephanie) of Mansfield, MA; her sisters, Linda Sniadack of Kensington and Ann Dilling of New Britain; her aunt Hazel B. Vail of West Hartford; and her grandsons, Nathan and Jacob. She was also cherished by nine nieces and nephews.

“As one of the four Kaplan brothers who knew and loved Lizzie for several decades, I express our profound condolences to Charlie, the sons, sisters, and close relatives.. Each of us is deeply bereaved to learn of her passing, unexpected as we learned today, Norman, Bobby, Michael, and I join together with our wives, Randi, Laura, Lisa, and Stacy, as well as the older children who also mourn her loss.
