It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly B. Emerson of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bates and Florence Pierce Bates; and her former husband James Guthrie. She is survived by: her husband Robert Emerson; her children, Robert Guthrie (Joanne) of West Haven, Joanne Clark (Tim) of Middlefield and Michael Guthrie of West Haven; her grandchildren, Alyssa Emerson, Brittany Coppola (Shaun), James, Patrick and Emily Guthrie; and her great grandchild William.
