Bruce Abate Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Abate of Wallingford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 25, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Abate and Loretta Abate (Torello); and his sister Marilyn Tufano. He is survived by: his wife Linda Theresa Abate (Sposa); his children, Charise Terranova (Michael) of Westerly, RI, Bruce R. Abate (Kimberly) of Cheshire and Christopher Abate (Shannon) of Plainville; his grandchildren, Ryan Deming (Holly), Kai Abate, Francesca, Michael Terranova and Chelsi Nuzzo; and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Ella Deming and Ashton Roberts. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephew.
