She is survived by: her sons, Duke John (DJ), Trevor and Kevin; her brothers, Ivan Fossesiguarani (Nancy Helman) and John LaFosse; her daughters-in-law, Keri Banack and Yola Banack; and her grandchildren, Mason, Blake, Tess, Mickaela, Natasha and Nadia Banack. She is also survived by her husband and sons.
