She was predeceased by: her mother Mary D'Agostino (Gelagotis); and her sister Theresa Grasso. She is survived by: her father George D'Agostino, Sr.; her child Thomas W. Kinney; her siblings, Lisa Davis (Scott) and George D'Agostino, Jr.; Sally Farrell. She is also survived by three grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her father.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101.
