He was predeceased by: his parents, Ciro S. Longobardi and Elisa Amore Longobardi; his sister Marie Concetta Colavolpe; and his siblings-in-law, Salvatore Colavolpe, Nicholas Afeltra, Ann Marie and Joan Longobardi.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Migliaro Longobardi; his children, Maria Hague (Jeffrey), Alicia Giaimo (Salvatore) and Ciro Longobardi (Kristin); his grandchildren, Theodore, Andrew Hague, Salvatore, Marco and Gia Giaimo; his siblings, Marie "Micki" Afeltra, Aniello "Neil" Longobardi and Vincent Longobardi; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Jack Dell, Oro, Chris and Barbara Migliaro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ciro S. Longobardi, Sr. may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 260 Cochituate Road, #200, Framingham, MA 01701 or online to gobobcats mens/womans ice hockey.
