He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton H. Leigh and Maud C. Leigh; his wife Elizabeth A. Leigh; his children, Arthur D. Leigh (Bonnie) of Alexandria and Susan A. Leigh (Jeffrey Tomei) of Woodbridge; his grandchildren, Marina, Matthew and Julia Tomei; his stepgranddaughter Kate Shannahan; and his brother Charles M. Leigh of Derby, CT..
