He is survived by: his mother Sandra Broe Smart of Meriden; his children, Jacob Smart of Yorktown, VA and Faith Jenci of Southbury; his siblings, Daniel, Bambie and Wanda Smart; and his nephews, Daniel Jr. of New York and Tyler Smart of New York.
