He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Shizuko Nelson and Darlene Phoenix. He is survived by: his wife Kelli Frusciante Nelson; his parents, John Phoenix and Kerstin Nelson Phoenix; and his sisters, Sara Church and Kori Phoenix.
