It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faith Audrey Otto of Wallingford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Otto; her parents, Henry Wachtelhausen and Mary Wachtelhausen (Edwards); and her sons, Chief Master Sergeant Mark S. and Craig A. Otto.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Cei (Kit) and Mary Lynn Nieves (Luis); her daughter-in-law Marisa Cei; her sister Shirley Burns; her stepdaughters, Mary Eileen, Barbara and Kathy; her grandchildren, Daniel (Erin), Nicholas (Brittany), Christopher Nieves (Stephanie), Lindsey Vuolo (Brendan), Ryan (Karen), Brendan Cei, Justin and Signe Otto; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Karina, Colby, Rowan, Kylee, Lacey, Finley and Hanley; and her friends, Pamela, Alyssa and Sarah. She is also survived by family.
